Doubling or Tripling up on inner layers?

Is there a plug-in or does anyone know if cura can print every other "inner layer" like you can do with infill?
This would effectively speed up the print just like that option for infill and still give a fine surface on the outside layers.

I'm not sure I follow what you're asking for...but intrigued

In Cura you can print infill layers twice or three times as thick as regular layers, this means it prints them every other layer with the rest.
So I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same with the outer layer versus the inner layers. Print the inner layers at twice the thickness and thus every other layer but then print the outer layer as normal. This make the print faster and would still give you the same outer layer resolution.

Try This
Ultimaker Cura infill settings
In Cura you can print the outer layer at .15mm and you can print the infill at .3mm
The printer will first print the walls for two layers, and then it will print one thicker infill layer.

I want to print the two inner walls at the same thickness as the infill.
