Just starting out, trying not to lose my mind - da Vinci mini w+

Hi, I bought a second hand XYZPrinting da Vinci mini w+ and frankly it's driving me nuts, because apparently... I'm missing the NFC spool holder, and I can't seem to find a way to replace it without spending over a hundred bucks to get the open tag (between shipping and the actual cost). Is there an alternative, as I'm feeling stupid (for buying a DRM printer with a missing part) and pathetic trying to get it to work.
