Good on one side, blurry opposite site

I use Anycubic d2 with water wash+ resin.
I printed a base with ornaments on the sides. Positioned at about 45/60 degrees

I've noticed that gems that are sharp on one side become increasingly blurry on the other side. I only put one photo, you can't see it very well, but it gives you an idea.

is it normal to be like this?

You say you printed at 45°, can you show us how it looked in the slicer software.

I'm guessing it's the side with supports that isn't the best quality.
I've done a similar shaped part with text and placed it flat on the bed, it turned out perfect.
The support side is never the best, are you able to get it without supports?
