High porosity for printed samples

I made 3D print - PLA filaments of 1.75 dia using my twin screw extruder. I bought PLA in pellet form from Natur-tec grade 3D850. directly extruded the filaments using my twin screw extruder. I didnt add any additives, used only PLA pellets. While printing i am getting porosity of 15%,while branded filaments gives porosity as low as 4-5%. I am using Flashforge 2 - 3D printer. suggest additives/process parameters that can bring down the porosity of the printed sample
