Though this is one of many forum's I frequent, I sure missed being here to get my daily dose of 3D Printer knowledge.
Any one who has repaired their 3D Printer Controllers know a good inexpensive Digital frequency oscilloscope to use for trouble shooting.

Several years ago, I got a Rigol 1052 (2 channel 50Mhz storage scope) and have been very happy with it. I have an app that allows me to connect it to my pc and record sessons. At the time (2013) I didn't have the 'spare' cash to upgrade to the 100Mhz model but think that is the route I would go today. It is my goto scope for trouble shooting.

Yeah sorry about the timing of the outage - those bots from Amazon were very annoying.
I was out all weekend for the Star Wars May the Fourth celebration held here. Big symphony orchestra event where they played A New Hope on the big screen while the symphony did the music. Pretty amazing. They requested my R2-D2 be in the lobby for both shows and it was really fun seeing hundreds of people take photos with R2. I made a lot of smiles!
As for the electrical question - no idea!
I've changed jobs, from 3D Printing for research to now industrial robotics. I've been doing a crash course in basic electronics and more since I started here. I'm working on getting several SACA certifications (

OK!
I can get this 110Mhz digital scope and be in pretty good postilion for trouble shooting then.
I went to you-tube a viewed several Digital storage scopes.
Some could not eve meet their own specification Found a 110 Mhz scpoe that passes its own specification.

I purchased an Owon HDS2202S 200Mhz handheld scope the you-tube videos reviews were over whelming great.
My first test was to trigger on the rise time for my first ever designed 0-30Vdc power supply.
The test preformed showed power on rise time which turned out better that expected, with a power on rise time of 10m/s.
This is a good value as some of the best power supplies rise times can be up to 16m/s.
Now I can add this to my 3D Printer test equipment
