Dimensions of the heater fastening screw and washer on the block?

Hi all,
I am looking for the dimensions of the screw and the (spring?) washer that are used to fasten the heater and the temp sensor in the Olson block. The screw is a countersunk head M3 screw (ISO 10642/DIN 7991 or the Philips head equivalent of it I assume), but how long and what is the little washer? Any ideas?
Best regards,
Reiner

Hi to all,
Hi reibuehl
Yes it's a M3x16mm countersunk head or equivalent with a 3/3.2mm ID AS1969 external tooth lock washer Type A or equivalent ASME B18.21.2M

Thanks gudo! That would be a DIN 6797 Type A washer here in Germany then. I really hope I find a place that sells that stuff in quantities below 100s

Have a check on eBay for kayfast1.
I've gotten various fasteners from them. Good quick delivery.

personaly I use a 3mm ID x 6 mm OD x 0.3 mm special round washer it works as well with no risk to mark/deform the sensor housing, I experienced that by damaging one temp sensor because of a small over tightening with the original washer.
The sensors have tendency to stay in place by only their wires attached to the print head, it more to press them in the heat block holes for getting a good thermal transfer.
If you want I can post you some of these special washers , I got a box of 1000 units of that !

I have the opposite issue: On both of my blocks, the sensors slip out even though the screws are tightened fairly good. The heater stays but the sensors are so loose that i can just pull them out.
I will check my assortments of different nuts&bolts this weekend to see if I have some matching washers somewhere. If not, I might come back to your offer, thanks!

The quality of the blocks improved hugely when manufacturing was moved to Sweden in beginning of 2016.
On blocks delivered before that, the holes were sometimes misaligned, which meant one has to use excessive force to fix both the heater and the sensor.
The washer was also changed early 2016, from one that looks like this:

To one that looks approximately like this:

The new washer is mounted on blocks sold by Ultimaker and by 3DVerkstan and their resellers from early 2016.

The new washer is a DIN 6798 A. I ordered 10 now.
