Printer intersect model with strange plane.

Hello,

strange thing occured on Creality LD-006.

Printer change .ctb file and puts strange plane to model.

Screenshot:

On left side of image is .ctb file which I put into printer.
On right side is the same .ctb file from flash disk after print fails.


• It happens only when .ctb file is exported from Lychee, Chitubox file works.

• Start of print and aborting it immediately is enough to get file on flashdisk changed.

• Position of plate is changing.

• Plane is not displayed on LCD of printer, it seems to be all right there.


First time it happened around 80% of printing.
Second time it happened after 3rd layer maybe, and it completly stick to FEP film, so I have to set new film to vat.
Third time it happened near to start as it is shown on screenshot.

Then I realized, that only load of file by printer is enough.

Can You help me to figure out what is happening please ?

It is still happening, I wonder why printer is changing *.ctb file.
Printer should just read data by my opinion.

Could you post the stl file so we can have a look at it.

I have been testing anti anti aliasing for new resin today.

Print was fine twice, 3rd time it happens with same source files.

So it should not be caused by model itself or something before printer touches files.
