New ro 3d printing. Any help with advice?

Post by 3rDimensionsTheCharm »

So my first two prints went WONDERFULLY; got a dope minifig im slowly painting; but since ive had issues.

Issue oen: ahole in tbe vat which thankfully AnyCu ic sent me a replacement for for free! Thanks!

And...layer adhesion it seems?

All my prints start seemingly fine; the baseplate is good and then from there ill either ha e NOTHING stick or most of it stick and some of it not atick. This has led to a crippled skeleton army; fitting i chose skeletons though! Lol

So what could be going on here? Exposure time? Leveling? Ive releveled this thing a LOT and do so before every time i try to print soemthing. Im at a loss.

I got a bunch of resin that came in today and id like to lrint something after work, but really wanr advice on what i should try. Im almost at factory restting the device and pretenting its brand new tbh.

And the file that worked was from 3d cults, then some fails. So i switched to anycubics workship free prints and yea so.e of rhe skeleton army pieced turned out GREAT others didnt.

And im new; so im really js auto generating my supports and editing them how i feel they should be entirely off of vibes. So really ANY help might help.

If anyone has advice, or prints to test to help digure it out id love it! Brand new to this as its my first printer. :-) :-)

Because you have the first few layers printing I don't think it's a levelling issue.
Could you post some photos of what you get good and bad prints so we can see the problem.
I'm guessing it's the supports, try thicker supports, and more of them.
Also avoid printing large areas if possible, turn the print on an angle so you get an even print area.
Look at some youtube videos, this may help.
