I've seen a few designs out there. Most have some drawbacks, affected the Z or X axis.

The Fang design that many use for the CR-10 works well, and since it is up high, does not block the nozzle

This is a variant of the Fang but gives you an idea....

I wonder if someone is clever enough to design something like that, but perhaps it is supported/attached/linked to the slider block mount?
